Power transmission chains are 
categorized into six major groupings.
1.1 Standard Roller Chains. These chains are created for general usage.
1.2 High Performance Chains. These chains possess higher tensile power and greater fatigue power.
1.3 Lube-Totally free Chains. These chains have longer use life than regular chains without lubrication.
1.4 transmission chain Environmentally Resistant Chains. Chains with particular corrosion resistance.
1.5 Specialized Chains, Type 1. For specific applications.
1.6 Specialized Chains, Type 2. For general designs.
